La batterie de mon vélo électrique (2,5 ans) ne cessait de me lâcher. Il était beaucoup trop tôt pour la mettre au rebut. Je l’ai déposée chez Bikebat et récupérée après 2 semaines. Elle fonctionne à nouveau parfaitement. Le coût est environ la moitié de celui d’une batterie neuve avec une garantie de 2 ans sur la batterie reconditionnée. Merci pour le service rapide.

J’ai fait réviser la batterie et l’ai faite passer de 10,4 à 13,4 Ah. Le délai de livraison a été plus court que prévu et la batterie a été renvoyée avec un rapport d’essai complet. Ils ont également résolu les problèmes avec le chargeur de manière très satisfaisante. Je ne suis pas satisfait à 100 mais à 200 %. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

À mon avis, Bikebat est une entreprise honnête avec de bons techniciens et un accueil chaleureux. Faites contrôler votre batterie, il peut s’agir d’une petite chose comme avec la mienne. Coût : 45 euros. Je m’attendais à une révision car la batterie était constamment à plat. Bon travail Bikebat, continuez comme ça. Merci beaucoup !
